All of our memorials at Close To Our Hearts PMB are custom designed from scratch. You send us your pets picture via e mail, and tell us some very specific things about your pet that you remember most and based on that we design your memorial. 

 You choose the product, whatever it is you need, either an ash or keepsake box, urn or other remembrance product listed in our site and the finished design will be printed on a ceramic tile or glass if you choose one of our suncatcher memorials, and then placed on the product.

 Our memorials are not massed produced.

In addition to the custom aesthetic design we offer, also included in our services are any correction or enhancing of the photos you send us that may be necessary to making the best memory possible.

We have done memorials with multiple images on them but there is an extra fee for each additional photo beyond one.

When you purchase the product of your choice and send us your pet's photo we note that you are sending us a photo that soley belongs to you as we cannot use photos that for example have been published or belong to someone else.  If you lack a picture of your pet contact us and we may be able to assist you if finding an image similiar to your pet via other sources.

We create 3 different images from which you choose one to be on your memorial and we will work closely with you to create one that is uniquely yours.  These 3 images are your "proofs".

Once you have chosen for certain, we go to print.

We usually provide your proofs within one week of receiving your order and it usually takes 2-3 weeks for printing and shipping to receive your pet memorial. 

Should there be any problems or delays we are always in contact with our clients, you will know as soon as we do if there is any delay for any reason.
